We have three types of tensioning system based on requirement usage:
These are inexpensive and easy to use systems that can be used with externally unwinding spools and provide friction based tension in one direction.
Without fiber pull back.
Description: This is an electrical brake type tensioning system wherein the tension can be adjusted digitally using a knob. This will also include a digital display system. This tensioner does not have roll back option.
With fiber pull back (fiber slack control).
Description: This is an electrical brake type tensioning system wherein the tension can be adjusted digitally using a knob. This will also include a digital display system. This tensioner has roll back option, in order to eliminate fiber slack.Use photo1 attachment.

These attachments allow tensioned tape to be dispensed onto the mandrel. The tension is adjustable. We can design the system to accommodate various widths of tape as per your requirement.
This system consists of a hopper, vibrator and conveyor belt mounted above the fiber winding, to add any sand like material to your product during the winding process. The amount of material being added can be controlled. You can also program the specific layers into the machine that need the material added.
